Will you be toasting Burns night with a wee dram?

I will, with what I hope is a very good 30 year Speyside that Santa got me

Oh God, is it tonight? Hope the pub isn't decked out in tartan and trying to flog deep-fried Aldi Haggis

Indeed, I shall be partaking of the Haggis, which will be piped in and given its blessing or whatever it's called by a Scotsman called Kenny, who once played for Berwick Rangers and Cowdenbeath.

Plus a wee dram of a decent single malt but I'm not sure which at the moment.

I put my foot fown on haggis - I will not eat that Scottish peasant muck that's now being marketed as some sort of delicacy

b*gger forgot to buy some haggis before I flew back to cloggers yesterday.

Also forgot to get some smoked haddock ( non existent in cloggers) to make cullen skink.

Will just have to raise a glass with an appropriately aged malt.

I'll choose a suitable malt from the collection and open a tin of Grant's haggis which is far superior to any other version.

When's there going to be an Irvine Welsh night?

Why is it anything involving Scotland has to involve alcohol?

Could I eat a deep fried mars bar instead?

No haggis here as it's also Welsh Valentine's day today and so I will be having a pot-noodle.
