btl property in company's name?

Hi all

Can i buy a btl property with deposit frm my company profits as a company asset?

Also can i rent it out to myself?

Not worth buying property through the company for a whole host of reasons.

If you did you could rent it to yourself for a reasonable market rate but you will be in danager of attracting a lot of unwanted attention sailing so close to the wind. They find you are £50 under market value and you are screwed.

Company owned properties have been talked about quite a bit so a search will get everything you need to know.
