      She said she had made inquiries to the College of Arms, the official issuer of coats of arms, about the crest following a challenge from a member of the public.
      Jeesh ... someone with too much time on their hands.

        Maybe they'll appeal to the Court of Chivalry, which last sat in 1954 and, not having sat in two centuries before that, had to devote the first part of its judgement to the important question of whether it still existed or not
