    LTDC pension payment Question

Is there a limit that my ltdCo can make contributions to my SIPP?

Currently i have paid over £12k to my pension but someone mentioned to me there maybe a limit. I though limit was £50k annual contribution.
(i pay myself a monthly wage of £620pm and dividends to reach limit of 40% level)

    any help welcome.

There are two limits. Both apply:

    1. £50k, with the possibility of carry forward.

    2. An amount which is (paraphrasing) "commercial" for the nature of business/ individual. This could be problematic, is someone "worth" whatever. In reality for a PSC, it's a straw argument and not really a issue, on the basis that commerical=what the market will pay you=company income.
