    Earthquake!!!!!!!!!!

Earthquake Shakes Wide Area of S. California | TIME.com

It was terrible. Rooms were shaking. Buildings were falling. The ground split open. It was horrible!

Bloody typical I'd flown to a different part of the US and missed it!

    Anyone been in an earthquake?

I've experienced a few, between magnitude 3.5 and 5. Nothing to write home about, unless you're having sex at the time.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

Felt a few tremors in southern Italy; nothing much but coffee cups rattled and a painting wobbled out of line in a hotel room.

A smaller one while living in the California bay area in my teens. Nothing spectacular though.

Sometimes SY02 wakes up in the middle of the night if I'm "having an earthquake" to get to sleep
