It's actually tragic that the poor buggers in NK might believe it, although I doubt they do. But they're told that they are under constant threat of attack from the USA. It's like 1984
I've become quite fascinated with NK since they declared they were going to launch a pre-emptive nuclear attack on the USA, a week or so ago. For anyone interested, this Youtube channel has lots to watch. You get the gist from the tones of their newscasters' voices.

You could also argue that even the tramps in the US appear to be better fed than most North Koreans.Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
