Songs to Slit Your Wrists By...

Ok, we've had "Airport" and "January".

I'll add "Honey" by Bobby Goldsboro. Any more?

Two Suns in the Sunset - Pink Floyd

in my rear view mirror the sun is going down
sinking behind bridges in the road
and i think of all the good things
        that we have left undone
        and i suffer premonitions
        confirm suspicions
        of the holocaust to come

the rusty wire that holds the cork
        that keeps the anger in
        gives way
        and suddenly it's day again
the sun is in the east
even though the day is done
        two suns in the sunset
        hmmmmmmmmm
could be the human race is run

like the moment when your brakes lock
and you slide toward the big truck
and stretch the frozen moments with your fear
and you'll never hear their voices (daddy daddy)
and you'll never see their faces
you have no recourse to the law anymore

        and as the windshield melts
        my tears evaporate
        leaving only charcoal to defend
        finally i understand
        the feelings of the few
        ashes and diamonds
        foe and friend
we were all equal in the end

Actually the whole album is music to slit your wrists to.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

Roy Wood has already created a track for this, called:

          Music To Commit Suicide By

          Although I rather like it.

Practically anything I hear that is in the charts, it makes me despair that not many people can write a good song and a hell of lot more people go out and buy this pap...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

                    Pyramid Song by Radiohead

I quite like it, just wouldn't listen to it whilst drunk and alone.

Seasons in the Sun by Terry Jacks always made me cry when I was about 8. That was goddamn depressing.
