    I'm a bit impressed...

...my other half created a 'tune' it's been featured as track of the week on the BBC site!

I know it won't be to everyone's taste but it's still a rather cool feat!

Well done. Amazing what you can do with a MAGIX mixer.

But there are many tunes there. Which one is that?

Nah, all done in Cubase with a tweak on a 303 here and there.

You other half an 16 years old raver with a hoodie then?

                Interesting

The beginning (apart from the "Spider Baby" vocal) reminds me very much of the Prodigy.

I feel the track then auto-pilots itself on to a natural conclusion, a "by-the-numbers" affair. (Not that my own compositions are any better to be honest!)

If I could offer some constructive criticism...lack of any "hooks". I know it's an instrumental (apart from the Spider Baby sample), but I feel it is just a tad too repetitive and doesn't introduce any major deviations from the main theme.

Hmmm, I feel inspired to fire up my own humble studio now !

                A good effort nonetheless !
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
