Plenty of disabled people drive. That's why there are disabled parking spaces in places where cars go. Is there any particular reason why a disabled person on a journey would avoid using a motorway?

So is he too scared of his driver to tell them not to park there, or too unobservant to notice where they're parking? Unless David Cameron was driving, he's the boss, so he's responsible.
