100 years ago I imagine a police commissioner was typically a retired army officer, and today there's a 17 year old commissioner.
So can we assume that by the year 2200 they'll be appointing embryos and single cells for the job?
Sounds like a vague catch-all title anyway. I mean what are they supposed to do?Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ here -

It's a harsh lesson but it was unavoidable. It's hard to hold an official position as Youth Police and Crime Commissioner when you've tweeted about wanting to cut someone.Comment
