100 years ago I imagine a police commissioner was typically a retired army officer, and today there's a 17 year old commissioner.

So can we assume that by the year 2200 they'll be appointing embryos and single cells for the job?

Sounds like a vague catch-all title anyway. I mean what are they supposed to do?

And the fully grown adult that appointed a teenage girl to that post should probably go as well...

Surely there weren't police commissioners, at least not in the sense of the term now, a hundred years ago? They're a new thing: one of the coalition's bright ideas of saving money by adding an additional layer of bureaucracy involving a nice little earner for their chums.

Who in turn seem to be appointing as assistants their chums as well.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

not really, some of the tweets were unpleasant. If it had just been the 'Hash Brownies' I would have been sympathetic but some of the others made me doubt her sanity.

Fire the idiots that hired her as well.

***** the actual story. WTF was a contractor doing reading PinkoNews anyway ??

                Is that even allowed ???

Next, they'll tell me there are c**ts on here who vote labour and agree with same sex marriage.

It's a harsh lesson but it was unavoidable. It's hard to hold an official position as Youth Police and Crime Commissioner when you've tweeted about wanting to cut someone.
