BBC News - Blake's 7: Classic BBC sci-fi to return on Syfy channel

They might mean it this time. I think.

Then they'd better think of a better ending than the original.

Running out of money and blowing up the spaceship (a rather poor Airfix model) because they got bored and didn't care less about the viewers just isn't going to cut it these days.

That was the first ending. They made another series after that, with a very different ending.

The audio books are worth getting, they expanded the originals story that way with most of the original cast

I hope the reboot lives up to the original

            Oh is that what happened?

I missed the fourth series 'cos I was abroad then.

I was thinking of buying the box set at the weekend and was going to start a thread on it.

Which was even worse. Lets wrap up the series by killing all the characters one after the other in about two minutes and letting the bad guys win. Worse series finish ever.
