    What is you sleep pattern?

Generally I'm in bed by midnight and up again around 6:30.

Just read this which was quite an interesting article about a split sleep cycle a few hundreds years back.
Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.

minimum 8 hours at a stretch. So I try to go to bed at 10 pm, and wake up at 6 am. Weekends I sleep more. I need my sleep.
I am Brad. I do more than the needful and drive the market rates up by not bobbing my head.

      Like in submarines.
You can get alarm clocks now with an alarm tone, like mobiles.

I'd recommend a pinging submarine sonar, with an ever louder echo and propellor sounds.

That'll get you out of bed in a hurry.

        7:00-10:30 - Trap 1 Gents, 1st floor, second corridor
11:00-12:30 - Ruhe Raum (quite a few German companies have a special quiet room with a bed in it)
        13:00-15:00 - Chair 8, meeting room 6.03. Team meeting
15:00-17:00 - Trap 2 Ladies, 8th floor (no ladies work on this floor)
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Just had a refreshing 30 min nap. One of the perks of working from home
Otherwise in bed by midnight, up by 6 most days ....

I've always wanted to try polyphasic sleep, but never had the time to lose the few weeks while you adjust.

On a related note, I've started using a sleep cycle alarm on my phone, that monitors your movements and tries to wake you when you're in a light sleep rather than a deep one. It definitely makes a difference to how tired to you feel when you wake up.
