What's the secret of not letting life get you down?

Sun shining is certainly helping in my corner of the 'hood.

Getting a gig after a period of illness and, just about, coping with it

Oh, thinking about it, I don't really do happy - so maybe "The Dark Art of slightly less Miserableness"

It's about proportion - the miserable feckers amongst us have a tendency to dwell on the negatives, remember all the times we've screwed up... I suspect the happy people are better at dismissing past mistakes as one of those things, and focus on what they've achieved, things they've done right, people they've helped - or maybe even not thinking too much at all!

Alterntatively i find going through life as a miserable fecket , not giving a tulip and never looking back works just peachy.

Mindfulness and making sure the basics of life are covered. Make sure you're somewhere near the top of Maslow's pyramid.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

                    Enjoy the simple things.

Twice today I've taken the dog for a nice long walk along the "beach". Plenty of fresh air for all concerned, met and chatted with some nice people.

Total cost for the day £0.00

                    Sunshine certainly helps though.
