I was going to answer "chilli" but then I found out it was a fruit rather than a vegetable so perhaps that should have gone in the "Favourite Fruit" thread.

Anyway, I like asparagus, artichokes, fresh peas, garlic and Romaine lettuce.

Peas are a fruit just like chillies, tomatoes and cucumbers. While the rest contain seeds the pea is the seed. :nerd

I'm a southerner so the answer is Petit Pois.

(Or Sprouts - but only at Christmas!)

Sorry, scratch that, the real answer is Cauliflower flavoured with a coriander pesto sauce - yum yum.

Celeriac.

Was going to do potato rostis the other day but had run out of potatoes so did it with celeriac instead. Added some nutmeg and a splosh of balsamic vinegar which caramelised to form a nice crust. Delicious...
