    Life's little annoyances...

...it's been a while since we've had one of these. I think.

What are the small things in life that really wind you up?

I hate small talk - I can't do it; it scares me. I hate getting into a lift at work in case someone wants to hit me with small talk, and I hate getting my hair done for the same reason.

People being lazy and disorganised and then making me late for things. I hate being late.

People in lifts that don't want to chat. I hate that.

            Agreed ^

I suspect I've said all of the below here on CUK at some point before, but:

            - When people hold a door open when I'm still quite far away from the door, forcing me to break into that stupid trot - then thank them for it. There should be some sort of legal minimum for door holder opening.

            - People who have to point out they've just made a 'joke'. Usually the same sort of people who describe themselves as 'mental'.

            - People who pronounce 'specifically' as 'pacifically'.

Sometimes I actually do that on purpose, payback for all the times I have innocently held a door open and some PMT ridden bitch has accused me of of being chauvinistic, when its simply good manners instilled upon me

What annoys me is how the vast majority of people under 40 are cretins.
Since it is unlikely that the national intelligence has taken a dip in 1/2 generations, I blame New Labour's educashun reforms, innit.
                    Hard Brexit now!
