    P35 Question aboyut service company

    Hi,

    For 2012 and 2013 tax returns I have stated "NO" on the are you a service company question, after reading on here I noticed that I should have stated "YES"

    Any advice on what I should do?

    1. leave it and answer YES on next return.
    2. Notify HMRC that I made a mistake and it should have been "YES".
    3. Do nothing and continue answering NO.
