Where's my mobiles?

Last year sometime, I purchased 4 – Vodafone, 2- O2 and 2 – Tesco mobile phones in someone else's name.

I never received these.

Is there anything I can do?

The phones have probably turned up and been given to someone else.

The whole transaction probably went very smoothly.
