CAA you can keep my license I'm getting one of these

If you want to have a go at piloting a plane but can’t be bothered to sit through flying lessons (or your flying license has been suspended ) there is a way for you to be in the driver’s seat in midair.

    Nice one Clippy!

A stop gap before I can afford to revalidate for the Diamond Twin Star!

    Muchas gracias!

Loch Lomond's very close to where I live and I'm a stone's throw from the Clyde, need to fly higher than the seagulls and ducks cos they tulip on yer wings but I could put up with that.

        Flying's not scary

I can see that. but it's the eventual (not to mention inevitable) reunion with the ground that concerns me

There's a few vids on youtube but none of them show the thing actually flying other than a fleeting glimpse.

Call me cynical but I don't think it works.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

                  Maiden flight

They haven't gone into production yet but it works.

What's the big deal? It has wings, body, engine and a seat why wouldn't it work? Let's have yer aeronautical engineering expert opinion.

he can't see the mounting for a dorsal R2 unit, so he is sceptical.
