Probably, providing it's not the steering wheel that's missing.

Del Boy managed on 3 wheels for years....

Lewis Hamilton managed it last year. Okay the car was designed to be able to do this. He lined up into the pit box, then disconnected the steering wheel while braking to a stop. The pit crew changed all five wheels, and then he drove off 3 seconds later and finished the race.

It's a Citroen. The hydraulic suspension on them (when they have it) is designed to take one wheel off the ground if there's been a puncture or something so that that corner is lower than the rest, and stiffens up the rest to keep it stable. The idea is if you get aa blowout, you don't immediately connnect with the scenery but can stop easily and safely.

As always with Citroens, 25 years ahead of the times...

Not to be outdone, in Saudi Arabia, they can change two wheels of a four wheel car while it is running down a public road.

I once drove a car with one wheel missing, without any mishap at all.

Some scrote had nicked the spare wheel..
