    Today In Pangaea

    We were a bit squashed in, and the Atlantic has grown a lot since then.







    The 300 million year old supercontinent visualised with current political borders.

    Doesn't look quite right to me - I thought the Tethys Ocean also came between Italy & France and Spain and France (where the Alps and the Pyrenees are today).

    edit: On second thoughts, I imagine the whole thing broke up to start with, and the Tethys ocean started closing only later while the Atlantic was opening.

      Interesting that Tibet started out on the edge, and on the sea and now is in the middle of the biggest land mass.
      Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
