Touch Typing: Revisited

It's time I start working on the 2013 resolution and engage more than 3 fingers to type those emails.

What's the best thing that has worked for you to learn touch typing, like typing tutors/games (which ones), online or community courses, etc etc?

Personally I wouldn't bother, touch typing is never in the list of client requirements.

Practice practice

Use the correct finger for each key and repeat:

There's one potential flip side though - you might end up typing (and clicking 'send') faster than you think

I took typing as an option at school. Pitman 25wpm and then RSA 40wpm exams taken and aced.

Lesson's for the first term consisted of ....

1) fjfjfjjfjfjfffjfjfjjjfjfjfjf : kdkdkdddkdkdkdkkkdkkdkdk : jdkjfkdkjfkfkjjfkdkjdkfjkjfjfjdkjfkljfdkkd etc etc ....

It's all about muscle memory.

Being the only boy in the class was not an issue.
