    Boom-Arranged...

I have also been deboomed by the powers that be at the B.O.E.

Headcount for "department" is now 14.3 people.

Manager and 4 Team Leads = 5 (a bit top-heavy would you say?)

This leaves 9.3 people to build and maintain the Infrastructure for you £ earners and spenders.

I would suggest that unattractive Bonds might become more attractive, soon?
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).

Not for that sort of institution. I'd expect to see a manager, 3 deputy managers, 3 vice deputy managers, 7 team leads and 0.3 people doing the work.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

They do, with a bit of help from Mr Fungus.

...this talk about biscuits has got me reaching for the Jammy Dodgers. The fact that they are mixed in the tin with Pink Panther Wafers (don't ask...) doesn't really matter, since they all get eaten and refilled before the taste contamination has an opportunity to diffuse...

It's nearly official brew time, too
