Women who get pregnant so quickly after starting a new job are a joke as far as I am concerned. Firms should be able to get rid of them. I know of one woman who did this, she has now had 3 babies in quick succession. In the whole of her 5 years with her current employer she has been away on leave for a huge part of it. The again, she works in the public sector, so I suppose that makes it all right.
