    Not sure I agree with that. Education should be appropriate to the recipient's abilities to give them the best chance of making a success of their lives. For the less academically able, this could be practical or vocational skills. But that doesn't cut it in the league tables.

      I can't argue that the world wouldn't be a better place if Dodgy had had access to a well structured hairdressing apprenticeship.
