    Another poster came along and posted that she got the money out of the agency.

    I see if I can find the thread.

    Edited to say found it: Here for some reason.

    Settled out of court like most cases.

      Kitty became a 5 figure sum richer the day before the court case

      'Every little helps' - which will shed light on the client (& the very well known large agency).

      In summary;

      'the contract terms must be issued prior to taking up the contract under Agency Regulations' - it therefore follows that the agency/client are not at liberty to unilaterally change the terms after appointment.

      That was the jest of it - still 9/10 will get away with it as it seems most contractors wont pursue.

      I was quite happy to leave the particular environment but not happy to be made a fall guy & ripped of! £'s
