The blokes have left for the day, after much hammering , banging and lifting of floorboards

just looked up, and , there is a big wet patch on the ceiling

Training hard now - 3.5 weeks until midnightman(single) then 8 weeks after that until the Brutal double.

me. no, I'm past all that now

I did go into a 2 week regime aimed at getting me onto st Kilda. that worked

but only a fool would compare that with a proper regime. so, maximum respect
