    Well done Mark Cavendish

Stage win today in the Tour.

Plus; Mo Farah, Perri Shakes-Drayton, Jessica Judd and Christine Ohoruogogoguguhorogugugugu all winning their respective running events at the Diamond League in Brummagem.

Maybe Britain should just stick to the 'going fast' sports?

    Except downhill skiing...
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Ah, that's a 'going fast cheating' sport. They have a bloody great big hill to help them. Big legs, no brains.

Yep Cav did well but it's Geraint Thomas that gets my respect so far on this tour. The guy had been riding with a fractured pelvis since he crashed in the opening stage
