There I am sitting on my arse twiddling my thumbs, thinking about a game of golf tomorrow or a bike ride and some bloody agents I spoke to a montha go, phones me up and asks if I can start a contract first thing tomorrow for three months - 12 miles down the road.
"Well in theory" says I, "I could start tomorrow".
"Brilliant!" says the agent 'I'll let them know you'll be there first thing' and hangs up.
Then the cheeky sod phones back tells me they're expecting me 1st thing in the morning and can I drop my rate a little!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
