    Cheap London Accommodation

    Cheap London Accommodation
Saw a narrow-boat for sale ( about 20' ) on the Grand Union canal. £29,000. Ideal for the summer, and you could sell it on after use. I recon the mooring fees would be about £4k per year.

Are you sure it comes with the mooring? That seems very very cheap if it does...

      Not a permanent mooring.

You'll need mooring fee, insurance, and a license. Plus a safety review of the boat every so often.

Try Boats for sale UK, used boats, new boat sales, free photo ads - Apollo Duck if you are seriously looking.

A mooring in a prime spot will be VERY expensive but if you can rent one at that level it sounds quite attractive. I know some people keep boats in St. Katherine's Dock which of course is a great location.
