    Anyone ever had appendicitis?

I was 75% convinced I was showing symptoms earlier today - tender spot on right flank which didn't appear to be a sore muscle since no movement made it hurt and I couldn't remember doing any exercises to that muscle.

Only about 4 hours later did I remember I was mucking about practicing cricket bowling the other day... sure enough I swing my arm and all the muscles on my right side twinge.

    That could've been embarrassing!

But, looking on the bright side, there's always the rectal exam to look forward to.
I don’t mind that as long as the doctor has a candle light dinner with me first and then talks dirty

Had one of those last week. Such joy.
Should I be concerned she then started looking through wikipedia for advice ?

I had a night in hospital with suspected appendicitis. They basically told me that if I woke up in the night screaming in agony and projectile vomitting, it was my appendix, otherwise they'd send me home in the morning.

They sent me home in the morning.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
