    Dead mans shoes

Arrived on site yesterday for my new contract only to be told they had escorted the previous contractor off site yesterday after about 5 hours!!!!

They cited that he clearly didnt have the experience he reckoned, he was too slow, not quick on the uptake and asked too many questions.

I managed to get the work turned around and looks like I will be staying.

    Mordac will be missed though.

Couldnt even login in to the application he was supposedly an expert of. Didnt know where the connect to database screen was!!!!!!!

I had interviewed earlier in the month and had been asked to start the next day but said I wasnt available for 10 days while I closed the shop. The agent went and got someone else who took a week to start, he was cheaper and obviously crap. LOL.

Not as amusing as reading on how (allegedly) MF had his own time of having to walk the plank

No doubt he will blag his way into another contract.

That was the 1st time in 8 years, it was personal and I followed it up all the way to just before court action with a number of letters (cost £300), then my new baby was born and I decided I just didnt have the time to take it to court to win £1500.
