BBC News - Labour says workers thousands of pounds worse off

The average worker will lose a total of £6,600 in real terms during the coalition's term in government, the Labour Party says.

It is accusing David Cameron of having presided over more months of falling real wages since 2010 than any other prime minister in the past 50 years.

You don't think it's the truth that people are less well off than they were when Labour lost the election?

Also to note is that the figures are based on gross pay, so don't take into account any changes in taxes / benefits.

Any gains through lower taxes are balanced out by inflation though.
