How can someone have rep but 0 posts? Carlp has 0 posts but -ve rep.

I am trying to -ve rep helen 7 and promote everyone else who is +ve - but how am I supposed to +ve rep Carlp???

If a post receives rep and that post or indeed its thread is deleted the rep remains.

He was spamming the boards with some stuff about a company he claimed was scamming VAT. It was pointed out the same text was in tens of thousands of other posts spammed on any comments section of any type of website so I guess his posts got deleted by mods.
