    Designed by Spanish architects Roberto Perez Guerras, the skyscraper features two symmetrical towers that are joined at the top with an inverted cone-shaped structure. Oh bugger, forgot to design a lift.

      Must be the same Spanish team that designed a new 2 billion pound submarine, now nearing completion, that is 70 tons too heavy and the first time it submerges will sink to the bottom of the ocean
