    Liver and wine

Eating liver this evening with some raw, thinly sliced onions. Yumyum.

Chianti, à la Zeity/Hannibal Lecter, Montefalco or something else?

Sorry to ask, but I googled liver and wine and all I got was a long line of Daily Wail articles telling me I'm dying of liver disease.

Maybe I am, but I'd believe my doctor and not the Daily Wail. Now hurry up and recommend a wine; I'm going to the wine shop on the way home.

Cotes du Rhone; that's an option. Haven't had that for a while.

            How about a nice Barolo?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

V good indeed, and I have an excellent Barolo at home, but it needs a few more years to mature.

                Need something else for tonight.

What do the panel think of one of the better Barberas?

I'm sure I remember hearing that Chianti wouldn't actually be a good choice for liver. No idea what would though

                    Or a Sagrantino?
