    You're running a business...

If so, please tell me how you can spend 24hours a day telling people that very thing on a forum for IT contractors who are obviously hidden permies scared tulipless of picking up a phone to ask their accountant the simplest of questions? Just wondering like.

    Could you re-structure that paragraph?
Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

Ah yes, - you're in a different class then!

            What's your beef* anyway?

We all know why most of us are set up as Ltd Companies. This is a forum to provide help and advice, amongst other things.

*wanted to use that expression for a while

Just wondering why anyone would pretend otherwise, spend their whole life proving such, and get arsey with anyone who seems to be a hidden employee (seeking help!) with the “are you cut out to run your own business” bull...

So what does your business do and how is it "more valid" than any of the other businesses run by people on this board.

It's not. Most of Jeebo's posts are snipes at "disguised employees". He's got a chip on his shoulder about it.
