    Advice please

It's drizzling a bit outside. Should I wear a raincoat if I go out for a bike ride?

Ah, a meeting of minds. I didn't wear the raincoat, I did a session of sprints and high cadence 50kph blasts, then jumped in the hotel outdoor swimming pool in the rain, which was bloody freezing, ensuring I needed a few glasses of wine to feel human again. I could have been a Spartan warrior, me.

If it was freezing, you would have bounced off. A true Spartan warrior would never make a mistake like that

True Spartan warriors were fastidious about oiling their bodies and hair, and about the freezing point of water
