I thought I had a blocked drain. Turned out to be the saniflow packed up in the toilet in the garage.

JUst emptied the toilet - quite alot of solid waste in there. I nearly gagged out one point.

I think at one point a gay has used the toilet - one of the stools had a dimple in the end.....
