I had one project where I was asked, four weeks before the project started if I'd "mind" starting a week later. OK - no problem. Two weeks before the new project start, (with one week to go in current contract), I was told is was canned. But, I'd get one-week payoff.
I found a contract within a few days, and so had double bubble for that first week.
The client was Enron.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment
