    Yes. HP wasted six months of my and a tame agents time sorting out a PO and set of schedules and then binned my team the friday before we was due onsite.. You have my sympathies

        At least they let you know beforehand - worse to get to the morning of the first day with travel booked to get canned.

          I had one project where I was asked, four weeks before the project started if I'd "mind" starting a week later. OK - no problem. Two weeks before the new project start, (with one week to go in current contract), I was told is was canned. But, I'd get one-week payoff.

          I found a contract within a few days, and so had double bubble for that first week.

          The client was Enron.

                We had a thread on here last year I think it was when the contractor got the same message while signing in at reception on his first day
