    8 hour timezone difference, back to the UK knackered earlier and now wide awake, alert, brain firing off 10 to the dozen.

    My life is one big jet lag. Sometimes I don't even do Mondays I dislike them that much. Just make Sunday a 48 hourer - seeing the dawn slowly rise at 5am on a Monday morning having never slept, it just doesn't feel any funker than that.
