I got an e-cig - used to use it just for flights n train but found I did not need it so it is back out of retirement - with a few lozenges too.

But should I continue heading out of the building to have a few goes on my e-cig or should I be trying to break that habit too?

why out of the building? its part of the habit to go out.

                Go for a walk.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

cannot smoke in the builduing so have to go out so it is part of the habit....

But I am thinking that part of the whole smoking thing is getting away from the desk for 5 mins - and I think a 5 minute stroll every 2 hours is a good thing!

maybe I will just change my stroll locations and head up to the higher floors to admire the view for a bit.
