    When it is a colleagues birthday and you ask said colleague how old they are... DO NOT reply with "Oh Wow!" as if they could have added 10 years and you still would have been surprised

            Was this colleague a lady?

            I hate being asked questions about how old people look. I am utter crap at guessing ages. I just go 20 years younger and make a joke out of it. Get's me out a tight spot every time.
