    Krispy Kremes dilemma

If another contractor buys Krispy Kremes 'cause it's his birthday, is it morally acceptable to eat one?

As long as it doesn't place you under IR35 then yes, it's morally ok.

Do they count as sentient beings? I think that is the nub of the matter. (Remember that just because the IQ of a CC is higher than that of some permies, that does not necessarily class a CC as sentient. The permies in question are very low down in the evolutionary tree.)

When it comes to Krispy Kreme's, morals don't come into it - just devour & enjoy, mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Had a Joe Pesci "Lethal Weapon" moment yesterday; "They **** you at Krispy Kremes. They know you're gonna be miles away before you realize".

Went into the Krispy Kremes place in Bluewater & got a dozen original glazed. Headed home, getting stuck on the M25 due to the organ donor's leaving Brands Hatch and decided to indulge, opened the box - they'd given me a dozen mixed. Criminal . . .
