      Cav is very unpopular in NL after he supposedly 'barged' a Dutch rider out of a sprint in the TdF. OTOH, the Belgians love him, because he supposedly 'barged' a Dutch rider out of a sprint in the TdF. Personally I think elbows, shoulders, cuts and bruises are all part of the game in pretty much any sport at that level so the cloggies should stop whining.
