Why has no-one thought of cookisto before?

BBC News - Cookisto: A new Greek way of getting dinner

The traditional way of getting dinner is buy food and cook it, or to go to a restaurant. But what if someone in a nearby street has cooked more than they need and is ready to share it for a small fee? It's already happening in the Greek capital and will soon be arriving in London.

I don't think this is a new concept and am sure I read something similar to this a couple of years ago, then there's Mealku
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole - How do you know the food they've used isn't past its sell-by date, or prepared in a filthy kitchen with cats walking about all over the work surfaces?

It's a good idea but as said above, won't work in the UK as the Food Standards Agency will be all over it like a flurry of vomiting bluebottles.

I'm still struggling with this concept of "cooking too much"

I always cook too much; then I freeze it & have “ready meals” for during the week.

Why make a light salad with feta when a roasted whole lamb and a metric tonne of moussaka will do! I swear GF#1 will be the end of me.
