    Is this sort of tulip happening in Britain only or also in mainland Europe?

    Are we the PC capital of the world?

        No, not at all. In fact in Denmark they have a TV series each year entitled "Denmarks Cleverest Child" and the local papers regularly have articles about who won the inter-schools spelling competitions, etc. etc. as well as sports event scores.
        Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
