Tax Free Salary in Gulf State

Tax Free Salary in Gulf State

So how does it work? If you take a permie job in a gulf state which is tax free what do you need to do to avoid being liable for any tax in the UK? Do you have to be out of the country for a full tax year etc?

    Just interested…

I'm interested to find out too; much as I find Dubai a bit tasteless, I'd consider it given the interminable tax rises here in Euroland.

Leave the aspirins at home or you'll be spending a lot more time there than you thought.

Have you heard of a site called Google? I seem to remember you enter words on there, click a button and the site returns a list of pages on other sites that contain the relevant words / phrases.

...and a list of communist countries with lower marginal tax rates than the UK ormost places in western Europe? It would include Cuba, Venezuela and China.

ok in which case then go.

AFAIR (was brother in law that did it) become non resident. You will have to pay tax for uk based earnings (renting your house out).

You will need to pay for schools & healthcare as well.

What do they have against aspirins? Or is the implication that you should avoid hangovers?
