    tuliplisted - meaning?

Just reading through the agency blacklist and see this an awful lot, I assume it means blacklisted? Or am I reading it wrong? Can anyone give me an explanation?

    TIA

The forum replaces the word tulip for tulip

so someone typed tuliplisted and it was changed to tuliplisted, i.e. blacklisted

Think you might need to space out the word so it is not changed?

A couple of years ago the site was asterisking the term 'greylist,' as CUK was pressurised by influential recruitment agencies to act against the Oude Joris service to 'whitelist' any contractors held on agency greylists. This is probably something to do with that.

This sounds a bit painful though. Not sure why you would want to read about it.
