Quite hilarious. Half of the responsibilities are end user tasks and the others are development or sysadmin, most of which are one offs and can be automated.
Its like the user has demanded a fancy BI analytics system, and now they've got it they cant be bothered to skill up on ‘using‘ it. Plus they've realised they should have designed a datawarehouse (oops) and have decided rather than pay 550 p.day for a BI dev they'll get Bob to do it all for 90 quid. Good luck with that one
